We have been seeing Dr. Lai since my son's NICU days. I am grateful for her willingness to work with other doctors to make the best care plan possible for my son. She always spends the time to make sure I understand. She is compassionate and genuine and very invested in her patients. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a pulmonologist.

Dr Lai is amazing. She is compassionate, genuine, trustworthy, humble, and easy to talk to. She answers questions thoroughly and even takes the time to call me personally when necessary. We have a great doctor parent relationship. I know that my son is in great hands! I highly recommend Dr. Lai to anyone looking for a smart, caring, insightful pulmonologist.
