The worst place I ever been, I had been visiting his office for about two years and I do not know him in person, I see only different nurses each time, they lost a urine sample in his office, my prescribed medication he ordered 4 to 7 days later, that place is dirty. they bill me for services that they never did, THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE

I love the excellent care of NP Victorine and Dr. Nguyen and his staff. I have the perfect meds for my illness. Whenever I need help I just call and make an appointment and I am seen. Thank you so much Dr. Nguyen God bless you??

Extremely rude staff, unrequested/unneeded tests, discharged before confirming I could move or was dressed appropriately. Help/support did not return my calls so I could share my experience.

Dr. Nguyen, his excellent assistant and in-house specialists operated like a fine tuned machine. Pleasant, congenial and very helpful!

Didn't get what I paid for. I paid to see dr Nguyen but instead I was checkup by trainee ( freshly graduate overseas trainee). Really ! Hardly I could understand their words. Beware of this clinic it is filled with trainees not experience doctors.

I called Dr.Nguyen on the phone before I decided to come into the Kirby location for help. Once I got there I was treated by a nurse practitioner not Dr.Nguyen. The nurse gave me no information just speculated and could not even communicate with me properly. The next day my symptoms were worse so I called Dr.Nguyen and he started ignoring me and the problem I was facing. I called 6 more times and he would just screen it. I had to call from a DIFFERENT phone then he picked up. So Unprofessional.
