I was not expecting such personal attention
First, I am an RN, so I am used to dealing with physicians and surgeons. I really did not expect to get such thorough care from this visit. I only went in to have the Doc check to make sure a nodule on my thyroid was not causing any problems with my breathing or swallowing, but he gave me a thorough exam and asked about other problems I have related to ENT. It was great! I felt like I had actually seen a doctor that cared. Plus, he showed me things so could see what to watch for, and what I will be looking for now in my own practice as a nurse. These were things anyone can look for so he was not doing it because I am a nurse. Bottom line, I do not know how well he works with kids but he is a great ENT for adults. I would, absolutely, refer a friend or family member to him.The two young ladies working at the front were polite and helpful. My doctor’s office faxed the wrong info, and they were very patient as we got the correct info sent to the office.

Great Service
During our visit with Dr. Tran, the doctor was very professional , patient, and understanding. He comforted and explained all the procedures that were going to be done to help calm the nerves as my son was anxious. Dr. Tran did an exceptional job. His staff was very nice and helpful. I 100% recommend if you are looking for an otolaryngologist.

I had an earache for the past month. I suffered from ear heaviest, facial numbness, hearing blockage, irritation, sleep disturbance, and significant distress. I was on antibiotics and steroid drop without prevail. I went to see Dr. Tran, he washed my ear and removed the wax built up. I walked out 20 minutes later completely restored. I can hear again. I highly recommend Dr. Tran. He is very thorough and informative. I didn’t have to wait and was seen at my scheduled time.

PROS: Dr Tran is excellent; he does not rush through the office visit. CONS: He always runs late. His 'staff' is one person. Her 'billing system' is non-existent. She procrastinates in filing insurance claims, and continues to bill after you've paid. Feb, 2018 - Saw Dr. Tran; Aug, 2018 - Insurance claims finally completed and bill was paid; Oct, 2018 - Received bill -- no payment has been posted. Will send copy of cancelled ck and NEVER see this doctor again. Waiting room floors are nasty.

Tran is a great Doctor however he needs additional employees in his office, his office is so busy he only has 1 person in that office working. I dont have any complaints about him or his staff, Vanessa yet manages to take care of what needs to be taken care and is a really sweet person that helps us as a patient as much as she can. The scheduling does need some work but the wait time is worth it. Do you want a Doctor that gives you 5 minutes out of his busy schedule? Tran explains a lot.

Good doctor but staff was the worst. I waited for an hour for my appointment and other patient came in after was checked in first. I came to the window to ask and was told I could come in now. If I did not ask, they would make me wait for another hour? What an awful experience.

Really "0" stars. Office staff awful. Follow-up appointment cancelled and not rescheduled. When attempted to fill Rx, on hold for more than 15 minutes. When called back, Venessa hung up. When called back said she would send Rx to pharmacy. In spite of 3 requests, Rx never sent to pharmacy.

Dr. Khoa Tran is great. His staff however, is not. I had called their office on December 2nd for an appointment for December 15th. I confirmed the date, time, and place with the receptionist over and over. I arrive for my appointment on said date, and the receptionist that day told me I wasn't on the schedule. I had taken off half a day of work to come here. In addition, the receptionist was rude. She was a Hispanic female with curly hair. She asked for my birthday over three times and raised he

This was an absolutely terrible experience. The office staff did not provide me with the written documents that they made me sign that I received until I asked for them. They took my blood pressure, which showed to be 173/114 and the nurse did not seem concerned. When I asked her about it and if I should be concerned, she said that the cuff was broken. I made sure that she did not document that in my medical record. I left three messages none of which were answered in one day. Do NOT go.
