I waited 3 months for an introductory virtual appointment. I was told virtual appointments were the only ones available. At the time of my appointment, I logged into a portal and filled out the papers. While I waited for the Zoom appointment to begin, someone called me and told me I must answer personal questions about my health with someone I never met. I felt uncomfortable but was declined an appointment unless I answered the questions. It was protocol. I told the supervisor who then said, "Why didn't you come in person? We've been seeing patients in person for months!" I told her I had asked to be on a waitlist to come in as soon as possible but no one called me -- in 3 months!! If you are looking for a caring practice who wants to help you more than the insurance companies -- keep looking.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jackson for many years until she left the practice in CT she had being replaced by Khushbu Janani, MD I have serious gastrointestinal problems, a PARTIAL COLECTOMY, and ISCHEMIC COLITIS Both Dr. Jackson and the GI specialists have prescribed the following medications; ( Lomotil, Dexilant and Hyoscyamine ) to be able to work; without them I can have crises that would paralyze me, preventing me from doing my daily activities. Dr. Janani has repeatedly demanded that I go to her office as a condition of refilling my medications; This for the sole reason of making the insurance pay for an unnecessary evaluations that consist of taking my blood pressure; feel my belly and wonder how I am. This time, three days before traveling outside the country, she refused to fill my prescription, asking me to go to the office but without provide me with an appointment ; her assistant nurse Zandra even refused to transfer the call to other employees
