Felt unheard & completely gaslit
When you’re sick & looking to find a doctor who gets you, listens & wants to improve your quality of life as a partnership, it’s everything. None of us have precious time to waste w someone who couldn’t care less & that’s how this went. Barely able to compete a sentence to give important history. The big picture is super important, it’s in the details. nothing worse than being spoke to in a condescending manner like you’re not the foremost expert on your body. Awful bedside manner. Somehow a Dr whom I’ve never met believes she knows more than others with 3 decades in the field who treated me. If you have a simple case & don’t mind following blind orders w out thought or reason then you’ll be fine here but if you want to be heard & treated with the dignity we all deserve then this isn’t the person for you. Made me feel like complete dirt. Its proven that Drs that work with patients as a partnership & on treatment goals TOGETHER have more positive long term prognosis & remission. Run
