Very unprofessional
These reviews align with the experience I had today at McLeod Regional medical center with Dr. James. Saddened that McLeod has Dr. James as a “provider” and I will not use McLeod again. I had several findings in my test results that she didn’t feel necessary to tell me. When I asked her about it she said she was the provider and would have said if it was a concern. As a patient, I should have a right to know abnormal findings and a care plan should have been discussed with me. She was literally yelling at me and I know other painters and staff heard. She didn’t care to discuss findings with me nor did she discuss treatment plan. I’m really not sure why she is a doctor if she’s not concerned with patient health.

She didn't really do much. Told my ear and throat was fine but test results showed I had strep. Never came back in the room. She act as if she didn't really want to be there.

Dr. James is very rude and unprofessional. Upon attempting to be seen in the emergency room she became very short because she didnt like where and how i was describing the pain. She began to get loud when i told her that it was in my leg. She got louder and asked again to which i replied the entire right leg. This dr asked me well why are you in pain and i said to her i did not know hence me being here. Once again she asked why i was in pain cuss clearly i was not listening to her to which i replied ok lets try this again. This SO CALLED DOCTOR AND I USE THAT TERM VERY LOOSELY said i dont have to deal with this stormed out the room and slammed the door. 30 minutes later a nurse finally came back and i expressed that if i had to be seen by her i would want another doctor as she was unprofessional. the nurse who was very sweet and tried to comply. after examining me she tried to oblige with my request. ONCE AGAIN THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR COULD BE HEARD SCREAMING THE THE ER HE CANT ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS HE WILL BE SEEN BY ME IF HE DOESNT WANT TO BE SEEN BY ME LET HIM LEAVE GET OUT I DONT CARE. And this was said in front of my door. The conversation also got heated between her and nurse Alexis to the point that someone else got involved in and tried to get a charge nurse. They tried to get me to sign a form to say i was refusing service which i didnt do i just didnt want to be seen by her. I only wanted to seek medial attention something that this waste of a degree does not care about. Alexis and the nurse were great. They went from i can only be seen by her, to i have to check out to check back in to be seen by another doctor, only to get to the front counter again and when i told them i had to check back in they hadnt even checked me out to begin with and the front desk stated they dont know why they would tell me that i have to deal with the dr they give me and i couldnt be seen by anyone else. This woman should recieve a course on how to talk and treat people because she will come across one who will not tolerate her smart mouth. She most certainly be allowed to be in charge of anything the way she talked to the nurses were downright ugly and demaning. And i will continue to to tell everyone about my experience with this so called doctor.

Dr Kiasha James was the worst ever after refusing to examine she had the nurse to kick me out of the ER. my head was throbbing and my hand and feet was numb. but I left and went home medicated my self with over the counter drugs, I was in bed for a few days but i'm still here. and to you doctor James just because a patient ask you a question about there condition, its not to question your ability as medical professional its to understand whats going on with them and their body's
