Incompetent. Oversteps.
Destroyed my child's life by incompetent advice and misdiagnoses. Believes she is much smarter than she actually is and doesn't get advice when she should.

Condescending
Dr. Kiera is not only rude and condescending, she’s also pretty incompetent. She totally failed to spot a significant personality disorder. No wonder the treatment didn’t work on my son and he to be re-evaluated somewhere else (at significant expense)
