Horrible doctor. Does not care about patients. Make very quick decisions and moves on to the next like a factory.

Horrible dr who doesn't listen to the family of his patient. When I insisted that my son was reacting poorly to time release meds, he told me to have the police take my then 7 year old to the psych ward. Magically taking him off all time release meds gave me my sweet child back. I'm retaliation for not listening, Dr Truong threatened to report me to CPS. Worst possible doctor to have!

Dr Truong is a terrible doctor who doesn't care about his patients or giving their families any help with there family member who has a mental illness,he should not be able to practice in this state or any state. He works at a mental hospital and released my son out on the streets with no follow up care plan at all,last time I checked that's called patient dumping Dr! shame on you and Heritafe Oaks in Sacramento,the worst facility I personally have ever seen .Places this bad should be closed
