Disappointed. Dr. Kim was unprofessional. She decided that she wasn't comfortable treating my partner, but decided to waste our time and didn't think to call and have that conversation. Instead, my partner who suffers from anxiety had to have a very stressful conversation that wiped her out for the day. Totally drained the mental resources and time for both of us for the whole day. Really inconsiderate at best, but honestly if I had cancelled within 24hrs, I would have been charged for the whole session. She waited to cancel the session IN PERSON after I dropped my partner off.
