Unfriendly and Disappointing
As a woman, I really wanted to like Dr. Heydon. I thought perhaps I was just misunderstanding her personality during my first time meeting her. I explained I was taking guaifenesin for my cough, and she laughed at me and “corrected” my pronunciation, asking, “You mean guaiNEFesin?” (Please note: my pronunciation was actually the correct name.) She was impatient and rushed, and wouldn’t listen to my concerns. She always seems uninterested in actually listening. At another appointment, I requested a referral to a dermatologist for a skin condition, but she refused to give one. Instead, she spent a few seconds looking at my rash and prescribed a medication that didn’t work. When I saw her again, she suggested the rash was all in my head. Despite all this, I continued to see her for another year or two. My last appointment, which was a general check up, I mentioned my breasts changing after nursing, she chuckled and suggested I get implants. After that I switched clinics and my doctor.

Absolutely useless
She’s been my PCP for over a year. Unwilling and unable to help due to her resistance to exerting any effort whatsoever. Very poor listening skills. Do not recommend.

really a good dr, takes you seriously
Love this Dr. She takes my issues seriously, and is willing to consider new research on them. She's very flexible on Telehealth since I've been stranded out in the boonies taking care of elderly dementia relatives. She also talks about the big picture & long term plans for my health, like scheduling breaks from care-taking, meds, my longterm plans for stressful situations, etc. I need updated contact info for: Heydon, Kim M., MD Family Medicine, General Practice, OLD INFO as of Feb 2023: 13200 SW Pacific Hwy Tigard, OR 97223(4.4 mi), . (She's changed offices)

This office was beyond unprofessional! The front desk help needs to be replaced to say the least. Dr. Heyden does not care about patients. My daughter is EXTREMELY ILL AND TESTED NEGATIVE FOR COVID! Dr. Heyden basically sent her for ANOTHER COVID TEST and refused to treat her. We ended up going to the hospital after spending over $700 dollars to find out my daughter has bronchitis. I am filing complaint against Dr. Heyden with the Medical Board, and when the court system is open and operational, I AM FILING A MALPRACTIVE LAWSUIT!

Dr. Heydon was friendly and easy to talk to, however, I don't feel that any of my questions were answered. I went in with one chief complaint that unfortunately, was disregarded. I tried to emphasize that I was concerned about one issue but she focused almost exclusively on something that I have already been dealing with. I left with a prescription I did not ask for and no referral (which was the entire point of my visit thanks to my insurance). I'm sure that Dr. Heydon is a fine doctor, but my experience with her was unsatisfying.

Condescending and dismissive of my health concerns. I wasn't able to ask about any health concerns or request refills on my prescriptions because after completing my physical she ended the appointment and left the room. Very frustrating.

Condescending and actually negligent in the way she refused to prescribe pain medication when I was in physical crisis, and then over-prescribed an inappropriate medication. I have been lucky enough to have had some really wonderful practitioners, in the past, and was shocked at Dr. Heydon's rude behavior and flippant "care".
