SEVERELY DISFIGURED MY FACE
It took me 4 months to write this review. I am physically and mentally traumatized by my experience with this office. They sold me an "eye rejuvenation" package to treat my dark circles which cost thousands of dollars. I WAS NOT WARNED OF ANY RISKS. I was promised skin tightening and improvement in dark circles but instead, the physician's assistants destroyed the fat on my face with a Cutera radiofrequency device. Now I look 20 years older than I did when I walked in and am left skeletal - sunken temples, hollow sink holes for eyes, DEEP wrinkly under eyes I never had, fallen sagging cheeks and deep marionette lines. My whole face structure has fallen. After this happened, the NicholsMD staff coldly turned me away, would not let me see or talk to Kim Nichols and even held my medical records from me when I requested them so that they could be "reviewed" by her. My records were then altered to say that I lost weight and that's why my face l

Great, until there's a problem!
Dr Nichols was recommended to me. I needed a milia removed from my face and consequently discussed btox for the deep lines in my forehead. Previously had btox with a bad reaction (teepee eyebrows and eyelids drooped). Dr. Nichols felt this was the skill of the injector and would not happen again. Unfortunately, I'm one of the 2% that react to btox and had a similar reaction. I do not blame her. However, here's the issue...I called 10 days after injection to let them know I was dissatisfied and was scheduled in a few days for a "tune-up." This is when they tweak the first treatment and give the 2nd half of the injections. NO ONE RETURNED THE CALL! I wasn't too upset, as I knew I had my follow up in a few days. At the follow up the PA confirmed the drooping and took pictures. She took my concerns to Nichols (pictures did not show well) and Dr. Nichols REFUSED TO SEE ME! I asked if I could receive a SERVICE CREDIT, not even money back for 2nd half of treatment. Answer- No!

My daughter struggled with acne since she was 12. After visiting a local dermatologist for 2 years my teenager was just frustrated at the lack of improvement. At 14 we sought out Doctor Nichols. Her knowledge of skin conditions and acne in teens is impressive. Although her services are pricey, they worked wonders on my daughter. Skin is an investment. Her skin is clear and bright with only the occasional blemish. It has greatly improved my daughter's self-esteem regarding her skin. A rating.

This has been one of the most unprofessional medical practices I have ever dealt with throughout my years. I scheduled a first appointment for my teen daughter , which the office called the day prior to inform me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled for the following week because Dr. Nichols needed to leave early. Now I received another call today canceling the rescheduled appointment because Dr, Nichols needs to leave early again. Just wasted two weeks! So unprofessional!
