Lacks compassion, empathy and basic understanding
She may have the medical experience and be qualified for her position but she lacks compassion, empathy and basic understanding. I do not recommend her.

I have a miracle child.
After many miscarriages going through Fallon and totally wasting my time with them I went to Dr. Thornton 13 years ago and now am blessed with my son. Can’t thank her enough. She got to the bottom of all my medical issues and explained them in great detail and took lots of time to explain things to me. Dr. Thornton if your reading this thank you. You have blessed me and my life is now complete.

I didn't feel like just another number with Dr. Thornton, but I did feel like she wasn't prepared for our meeting, and then abruptly sent us to speak with her nurse. I thought her nurse Sonia was nice during our initial meeting, but since dealing with her on the phone over the summer, I felt like she treat us as just a number. Eventually Dr. Thornton told us we should to IVF with my one opened tube, so fingers crossed we get good news soon! I do recommend Dr. Thornton overall for infertility!

My wife and I felt like just another referral in her office. The meeting felt unprepared and superficial, it was also an oven in her office to the point that her med student was falling asleep. My wife was furious, like our case didn’t matter to them. She describes it as she felt that they were bored by our situation and didn’t care about our story. Then the meeting abruptly and awkwardly ended with her passing us to her nurse for next steps...in our heads we thought we haven’t even decided.

While Dr. Thornton may be very qualified in her field, I did not feel supported by her or her team. The 3 times I was supposed to talk to her on the phone with my questions, she called 1-3 hours after our scheduled time. I understand that things come up, but someone should have called to update me. Whenever I talk to her or her team I feel rushed off the phone. I don't feel as though they have my best interest in mind. This whole process is already so stressful, I wish I felt more supported.

I would not recommend this doctor at all. Infertility is such a sensitive issue, and she showed no sensitivity toward my challenges. Upon leaving her office she cavalierly instructed me to "call the office to discuss IVF options" once determining my tubes are blocked. I felt like just a uterus. Each time I saw her she made me feel like she was meeting me for the first time. Bypass her, and find someone else.
