If I could give zero stars, I would. Please read other reviews and proceed with caution.At my first appointment, I paid $350, which I was told would cover the visit, lab work, and follow-ups. A few weeks later, I was hit with additional charges--$144 from my insurance for the visit and over $220 in lab fees. On top of that, they tried to push me into signing up for a paid monthly membership.The lack of transparency is beyond frustrating. Misleading new patients like this is unprofessional, and I expected far more clarity upfront. I've called, emailed, and used their patient portal multiple times to resolve this, but I've gotten nowhere.I never write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. Stay away, or make sure you get every charge in writing before agreeing to anything.

Dr. Shine’s office is amazing! She looks deep into your ailments to determine the root cause of your concerns and offers multiple modalities to get you feeling better! Booking in advance is a must and is worth the wait!

I've never been to a doctor more thorough, thoughtful and competent. I chose my insurance carrier based on the ability to keep seeing her. Highly recommended

Dr Shine was the first Dr. I have ever seen that sat down and really istened and conducted a complete interview. She asked relevant nutrition questions and really took the time to get a complete understanding of my case. She is warm and open and a delight to work with. ( her office staff is not a very good representation of her).

Absolutely one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege to meet. She is caring, attentive, patient, interested, and very knowledgeable. She takes her time to listen to your story and history. She is also very detail-oriented. Dr. Shine fosters a warm and safe environment. I did not feel like a number. I felt like I mattered. What a refreshing change from what I have come to be accustomed to in the medical field. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially my loved ones.

Dr Shine spent time with me analyzing my test scores and listening to me to find the right supplements and remedies to treat my symptoms and get to the root cause of my health issues.

Dr. Shine has worked diligently with me to address and take care of my health issues, more than any other doctor I have had in the past.
