Dr. Kimberly Bekemeier, DO

I called Dr Bekemeiers office to talk with office staff regarding becoming a new patient there after having terrible experiences elsewhere. I wish I remembered the girls name. She answered all my questions, I did not get placed on hold, and she was very efficient, very pleasant and courteous. I look forward to my first visit with this office and Doctor B.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. OR DR'S OFFICE!!! They are incompetent idiots that cancel your appointments without your permission, they keep you on hold for 20 minutes and they ABSOLUTELY dont give a crap about good customer service or quality patient care. I wouldn't tell a rodent to seek them out for medical care!!! Youd be better off with a butcher! If I could I'd give them a -25 star but since they don't have that here I told one.

Dr. Bekemeier diagnosed for a chronic life threatening illness, which, when i changed doctors learned that I do not have. I changed doctors because I am a proactive person and when I asked Dr. Bekemeier for what followup actions should be taken during this initial visit and two followups the answer was just monitor it. I guess at stage two. Ridiculous answer when quality of life can be supported. Very poor communication.

Dr Bekemeier is very thorough and has nice and polite bedside manner she is easy to talk to and listens to your questions and concerns.

I recently switched to being one of her current patients after having the same family physician since childhood. She's been my physician for about almost 3 years now. She is wonderful. She's smart, she catches on quick, she's helpful, and gives her advice. She's appropriate, quick, and beautiful. Kudos ?? she's a new fave.

She is not very personable, does not do any followup and she's rarely available to see directly.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone that cares about their health and well-being. I had a doctor prior to her that I loved, he was and is a great doctor for about 10 years, but my insurance changed and he doesn't take my current insurance. If you get through on the phone to the office - you'll be lucky. I have spent at least 20-45 min on hold almost every time I call and when told they tell me they return my call within 24-48 hours with answers to a question it took 168 Hours (7 days)
