Always listens. Never in a hurry. Always able to see in a reasonable time

She listens & is very thorough. She doesn't push drugs. She is my partner in my health care & ensures that she is aware of all my health issues physical & mental. She reviews all my medications, my vaccines, & my health conditions with me. I get all tests & referrals to specialists as needed. She is the best Doctor I ever had. She is very caring & compassionate. I never feel rushed or that she didn't cover everything with me.

Dr. Biglow has been my PCP for as long as I can remember. She is very personable, understanding, caring and proactive. She sees me as a whole patient, physically as well as emotionally. After seeing other doctors for sick appointments, I am even more confident in Dr. Biglow and the patience and knowledge she brings into the exam room.

I like her but she is almost impossible to see. I have been her patient for over 10 years and it is getting harder to see her. I am always referred to a nurse practitioner or urgent care or the E.R. The phone staff are uncaring if you are sick and need to get in. Doctor does not return phone calls either - if you have a question you have to go through the phone staff and the will call you back, not her. During covid they were not seeing sick patients and required me to get 2 negative covid tests before I could come I. It is a real shame because I liked Dr. Bigelow. But if I can never see her, why be her patient?

She is such a kind and caring Doctor. She takes the time to listen to your concerns...a wonderful lady!! Never makes you feel rushed, very thorough.

Dr. Biglow listens is concerned and does not overreact. She communicates well with her patients.

Very nice doctor , I have been going to for years . She is understanding and compassionate . Always takes time to listen to your problems and really does her best to help you .

I began seeing Dr. Biglow because I was not comfortable with my previous PCP. From my first visit, she has impressed me. My first appointment with her, she had read my patient history, and knew of my hereditary and family issues. She is always concerned about my well being when I see her. She asks questions and will also respond to my questions as well. She referred me to Specialists for some of my other health concerns. To me, she is very helpful, and I would recommend her to other patients

Was talked into having Mammogram. Tech zapped me three times on one side without giving an explanation. Told I needed a follow up for another Mammogram and ultra sound. Told that showed something, but probably benign. Yet another Mammogram and ultra sound then received written notice it was normal. The same day, Biglow's nurse calls to say I need another Mammogram scheduled?? Told her that's odd, I had just received written notice that it was normal? Left a message, have yet to hear from her
