I was very pleased with Dr Burgess. She was very concerned about me. She was kind and caring. I do not understand the negative comments. I would highly recommend her.

No longer sees UTI patients
I had a UTI and was refused an appointment because they said they no longer see patients with UTI's. Was told to go to Urgent Care or my primary physician. My primary physician referred me to Dr. Burgess years ago and never had a problem until now. I was not even informed of this change. I told the receptionist Dr. Burgess had told me if at any time I thought I had another UTI to call and she would work me in. I was told well WE DON'T SEE UTI patients anymore.

Terrible bedside manner, unprofessional, totally sub-par patient care. Definitely felt like assembly line "care", perhaps a stop watch was running in her pocket - that's what it felt like.

No suggestion to drink water after diagnosing kidn
Night spent in ER Dr told me I had a 7 mil kidney stone causing my pain. She stated it would be operated on the next morning since it was too large to pass. No mention of water or was I given any. At 4:40 that morning I passed the stone. Still was hooked up to IV. Released at noon and never aw doctor. She is not my urology doctor but was working with the one who was to work on the procedure. Neither showed up the net day. I need a new urologist.

I waited 3 months for my visit. Dr. Burgess was impersonal, cold and rushed. I saw her 5 mins. And she made me feel like I should have apologized for wasting her time. I will not return.

Very disappointing. I was having hematuria. She told me she “had no answers” for me. I learned more about what was going on by googling! After seeing other doctors I have been diagnosed with urothelial cancer. Could have started dealing with it a lot sooner had she been more helpful.

I had a very good experience so far, it took me about a month to get an appointment. Had a short wait while I filled out paperwork. They ook me back and the assistant looked over my paperwork and asked me some questions as to my problems and left sayiing the doctor would be with me shortly and she was, she talked to me then did an exam. She offered several treatments never been offered before and scheduled me for the procedure about 10 days out. I was thrilled haven't had the procedure yet.

This office has some serious management issues. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. Phones are not turned on during stated office hours, front desk staff are a revolving door of personnel, patient's needs are secondary to the providers "dream schedule of working when I want". Take caution before establishing a relationship with this office.

Reported to the BBB on how they fail to accurately to inform patients that the patients have not been approved by their medical insurance, for coverage for treatmet by this doctor. The patients will be told that they have been approved, for treatment by their insurance company, when in fact the doctor's office never has even called the medical insurance company for approval.

Waited months for an appointment only to find her disinterested and annoyed at having to compare several lab reports. Offered no insights or advice. Zero warmth, no personality, and not particularly talented. The search for a decent Urologist continues.

Had to wait 3 months for a new patient appointment and now they just called me to reschedule it but they can’t see me till April! This is certainly not the way to treat new patients, to me it’s a reflection on how they run their office. I will take my business elsewhere!
