Horrible first impression
Horrible first impression Dr. Clay made for herself. She was like a dark cloud that entered the room . And presented herself as extremely rude and uncaring. Was making trashy comments under her breath , but right in front of me and my wife , loud enough to hear , she was saying ' hold up let me not, let me mind my business , let me stop myself ' to us. How unprofessional, uneducated , and classless can they get. Do NOT go to her. I do NOT recommend . Didnt feel comfortable asking questions or trusting in her medical opinion. Change your attitude !

Awful experience , she was so rude and hateful as soon as she walked into the room, it was our first time meeting. She made snarky inappropriate comments under her breath but loud enough for me to hear. Didnt feel comfortable at all. Wish i could have ended the visit.

...At my visit, despite she made no attempt to address my concerns, and never asked what my concerns might be despite noticing the distress marked on my face, and flippantly stating I looked in a bad mood but under her breath, not directly in concern. I had told her prior to the apptment what was disturbing me, but she didn't care. I never said anything negative. I didn't send her a note stating what my concerns where, but she never replied, despite replying previously several times. She made several flippant comments in soft tones meant to almost be unheard, but not quite, like maybe I'm not smart enough to understand her meaning. My message to her only addressed my health concerns and her failure to address them. After her non reply, it's clear I must notify others of my experience. She's not even going to listen to my concerns about her unconcern.

Just don’t
She is beyond rude and acts like she hates her job. She has about as much compassion as a rock. She told me to write down my blood sugars which I did then the next visit said I didn’t need to as my CGM had all the info I put in. The visit after that she said I needed to write it down. She can’t make her mind up. I’ve also had to do tele visits due to Covid with me and then another time due to exposure from my husband and child. She was rude belittling and dismissive. If you need endocrinology help I suggest waiting to see someone at Endocrinology Associates.

FIRST VISIT Dr. Clay conducted herself in a professional manner as she performed the necessary (new patient) examinations. I plan on submitting a separate letter to Dr. Clay relative my long-standing allergic reaction to a specific endocrine medication (discussion not suitable for this forum). In essence, Dr. Clay did not present in an overly friendly manner, however, as previously stated, she performed her duties in a professional manner. I sometimes wonder about how (giving) busy these specialists are in the performance of their medical duties. I considered how we sometimes forget and endow our doctors with God-like powers. Our doctors have no such powers, they are simply hard-working super humans who have dedicated their entire lives to serving mankind. Therefore, let’s not judge them too harshly simply because we had to wait a few minutes longer or are, ourselves, having a bad day. Thank you, Dr. Clay...

Since my initial appointment with Kimberly Clay Endocrinologist I received a message on my chart stating this person ordered lab work for next day following my visit of Nov 3, 2020 at stating I had a 7:30am appointment for lab work, a blatant lie. I ended the visit myself because she was so rude and dismissive and said I wasn’t sick based on lab results from July, 2020.....unbelievable! I said I would never schedule another appointment with her. I can’t believe someone that calls themselves a doctor would submit a false report.

Disgusted patient – Nov 21, 2020

It seems that rudeness is the standard treatment in this office. Janet, one of the clerks in the office was so rude to me on the phone and caused such stress to me that my difibrulator in my heart almost went off. She would not let me finish my sentences and hung up on me! I am not going to an office where you get treated so horribly. My wish is that all the people who work in this office get treated in life as rudely as they have treated others. What a hateful group of people. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GROUP!
