Unresponsive and unavailable
My elderly partner with a-fib history has been her patient for several years, and has seen her every 6 months. We received a call this morning, canceling his next appointment in 3 weeks (which we scheduled over 6 months ago). We were told the Dr is booked out for the next 8 months! Totally unacceptable!! NOT how you treat patients!!!

This Dr doesn't listen or answer your questions. She is in a HUGE rush and talks down to you. Not what someone with a heart problem needs. She was not the original Dr I saw (that I liked) and I do not know how I ended up getting her. Now I dread EVERY appointment.

While I am glad she helped treat my condition, and I was able to improve, she will withhold medication if you miss an appt. I had to cancel, and had not rescheduled right away, which caused the office to wait 4 business days to refill my meds, and only did so after I called the office. Due to the delay, I now have fluid build up on my lungs, mimicking pneumonia.

Dr Dulaney is a very intuitive and knowledgeable professional. She is also very considerate and I feel legitimately concerned about my condition. She is always upbeat and easy to talk to about whatever situation my arise. She will waste no time or effort to look into getting treatment for any conditional change. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who has cardiac issues no matter how minor or serious. I would never want to lose her as my doctor. She has been and always will be the best.

Best female cardiologist in Colorado Springs HANDS DOWN! She really cares about her patients and not just "about a paycheck." I did have to wait an hour to see her at times, but the visit was always well worth it. She answered all of my questions and I felt I was well cared for. Reading some of the negative comments has me in disbelief.

The other reviews that say she spends minimal time on your appointment and doesn’t listen are true. After telling her I had knee pain so bad I couldn’t get on the treadmill and just walking was painful, she told me to keep exercising as she walked out from our 5 minute appointment. This coming after being able to put in 1 hour intervals on the treadmill. The most severe of my side effects. Blood pressure increased under her care, her response was to keep increasing dosage. Cookbook medicine.

Very Disappointed! Staff forgot to charge me my co-pay, then kept billing the WRONG Insurance on my card, THEN kept sending me Dulaney's complete full office apt. bill which continued for 3 months with many phone calls telling them "who to bill on my Ins. Card". My Insurance called them also & they kept billing me & not them. Dulaney & staff DID NOT tell me the heart monitor they put on me IS NOT PART OF Dulaney's co-pay nor part of her office. I got a bill from the heart monitor company!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dulaney for more than a decade and my working on my second time around. When Dr. He asked what I Miller retired over ten years due to medical reasons, I asked him to find a doctor for me from within the the city owned Memorial Hospital which is what it was at that time. I had just had my stent inserted in my lower RCA. He asked what I was looking for and being his old self I answered, "a babe" and he delivered. Dr Delaney is 44, comes out of PA and fills the ticket.

Dr. Dulaney is a perfectly capable Cardiologist. Her plan for my care has been very successful. I decided to get a second opinion from UCHealth. Big difference. The new doc said he agreed with everything she has done so her care was not bad. We realized the personalization of care was different. She treated the issue, not the patient. I never felt like she addressed my questions as fully as the new doc. Another problem was latency. I sometimes had to wait over an hour for 5 minutes of face time

She was the cardiologist assigned to me after I had entered the hospital for emergency treatment. Her visits were very short (3-4 minutes) and she did not give me the time to ask questions about my treatment. She seemed more concerned about making her rounds to see everyone. It felt like she was concerned about seeing everyone and doing it in a hurry, like she had somewhere else to be.

If you want substandard care with little or no working with you as a congestive heart failure person go for it. I would tell her how bad the medicin was making me feel and that it was giving me hives and blisters and I was malnourished she would not change my meds. She told me I could either take these meds or take nothing I'm mean nothing at all. I was not only hurt that she didn't care enough to try new meds for me but very hurt by her resonps as well. Because of her I cant go to Penrose dr.
