Dr. Kimberly Grill, DO

Dr. Grill is the best! My husband and I have been patients for 5 years. She takes her time with you and listens. She is really good with following up on labs and tests. She communicates really well with MyChart.

I have had to change doctors because Im 'too complicated,.' Dr. Grill manages all of my issues and refers me to appropriate specialists when needed. She takes the time needed to listen and to explain everything. It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment, however she will contact you and get whatever is needed to you. She is knowledgeable and keeps up on all of my ongoing problems and preventative care as well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a Primary Care doctor

She is The Worst doctor in the Tampa area. The poor staff doc is in a rush and never gives the patient the care and time to answer their questions. She is looking at it as a business-flipping customer. We are patients, not customers, and I am so happy because people are giving their opinions here read before you go, and if you can stay away from this office run

Dr Grill is one of those rare doctors who takes time and actually listens to patients. I trust my health in her care. My low rating is because the office staff has yet to correct two wrongly coded bloodwork orders (once from Feb 2021 and a second time Feb 2022). I’ve spoken to numerous office staff there over the two years, provided the correct corse of action Quest needs to correct this (to refund me and to stop a collections notice), and still the office has not helped. It’s frustrating and disappointing.

As a new patient, I came to Dr. Grill with a confusing, complicated, painful history. She executed her gifted medical skills with a methodical diagnostic investigation process. At times I saw Amber Harvey, her PA. I was impressed with her experience and how in-sync, and uniquely she addressed my level of care. Now, almost a year later as her patient, I find myself diagnosed correctly. My health is improving while being managed, with Dr. Grill's attentive oversight. This is invaluable to me. Dr. Grill has been on top of my outside care with the specialists, too, as I've needed. Thank you for really hearing and taking the time to support my desire to live healthier. It's so hopeful. I had high hopes and was impressed with Dr Grill and her staff at my first appointment 6 months ago but since then my experiences have been subpar. Communication is very poor, MyChart messages are ignored and her staff nurse never calls back. It is incredibly frustrating! In person appointments can be rushed and robotic. I now feel like a number and not a patient that is cared for. I am disappointed and dissatisfied.

Made an appt 3 month ago, re-scheduled, take time off work, go to appt. And the lady said I didn’t have an appt. Never tried to fix problem, or help me. Just said there was nothing. Didn’t try to re schedule me for a third try.

Dr. Grill has been my Internal Medicine doctor for nearly 15 years. She is so caring and compassionate. I have multiple health issues that she successfully helps me manage. I see multiple physician specialists and she coordinates all of my care in conjunction with other specialists she has referred me to. Every specialist she has sent me to has also been a really great doctor. I have referred my family & friends to her and every one of them has had good experiences with Dr. Grill. She is simply amazing! She works very hard to give patients the highest quality in healthcare services. I absolutely trust her clinical judgment & know I can always rely on her. She educates her patients in a really kind, positive way too. Her staff also works hard & are highly knowledgeable. Dr. Grill returns phone messages & answers patient's secure messages in the Tampa General Hospital MyChart portal by the end of the work day. She has always come through for me. She's my doctor for life.

More than impressed with staff and Dr. Grill ... my first visit to general practitioner in many years and was made to feel safe, informed and listened to from beginning to end. Highly recommend Dr. Grill and staff.

Front desk person does not answer phone often, nor returns calls even when in a crisis. Dr is great if one can get in to see her. Too bad. Must go elsewhere.

I can never get reach anyone when calling. Messages are not returned. How can you reach her if you really needed to? Not a way to run a practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Grill for 12 years. She is an amazingly compassionate and thorough doctor. She is highly experienced and routinely spends a lot of time with me because I have multiple chronic illnesses. I have referred 5 people to her and they are all happy with her care. She is excellent in every way, as are all of her staff. I always receive quick replies with messages, paging her, and daily visits while in local hospitals. I highly recommend her!!

Dr. Grill and her staff are amazing. My wife and I, both in our forties had unexpected surgeries come up in the last month. Dr. Grill and her team helped us each and every step of the way. We would have been lost without them. They are all so caring and loving to us! Thank you all so much for what you do everyday!!!

Have been a patient for many years. This past 6-12 months no one ever answers the phone or returns messages. I know a few other patients of hers that have told me the same thing. They have even called with some pretty serious issues and have not been called back. Tried to book my yearly check up and left one message a week for three weeks and never a return call. I actually had to show up at the office to book my appointment.

Very thorough, welcomes and makes time for questions and discussion, very nice staff
