I absolutely love Dr. Hanigar. She is down to earth and extremely caring about her patients. I've been going to her for about 10 years. Whenever I send her a message through My Chart, she always responds to me within 24 hours.

Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hanigar for several years. She shows great concern for her patients and always listens to any problems we might have. She provides appropriate treatment and always refers us to specialists if that is indicated (such as cardiologists, orthopedics, urologists, etc.), I have only had good experiences at her office.

Very friendly and professional! Excellent knowledge of my medical issues and very willing to answer questions. Great visit and had an awesome nurse checking vitals and starting the exam notes for the Dr.

I have lived all over this country and have several concerning health issues. She has never ever dismissed me and has done her best to keep me as stable as she can until I received a specialist appt. She is knowledgeable and kind. If you are looking for pain management then you should not see a regular phasician anyways but she would be more than happy to send you to a pain management specialist. ( Added that last part because of other reviews) I bring my whole family to her.

Doctor Hanegar doesn't want to send us to a specialists. Instead she tries prescribe meds for problems she isn't specializing in. I had skin lesions that I was concerned might be cancerous or precancerous & instead of looking at them she just prescribed me a cream to use. I also have a bad ankle that feels sprained or torn ligament & she didn't want to send me to a specialist. It has been sore for over a month & isn't showing any signs of getting better. Anyway I'm not happy with her.

Don't go to this doctor if you need a medication that is abused by other people. If you are a person who actually does need a narcotic for serious health issues she will only treat you like an addict. She does not see patients as individual people, but instead treats everyone like a statistic. I had anxiety attacks on a couple of occasions in her exam room because of how I was treated. Don't even waste your time.
