Surgery Cancer
She took as much time as needed to explain what our plan was for this surgery. And what my after care would be like. She made sure I had the right pain medication when I was post-op. I can't thank her enough, I was diagnosed 18 years ago. I am very lucky to be alive, it was a very aggressive form of breast cancer.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kerr because I suspected my umbilical hernia had returned and 2 days before the appointment (which it took me a month to get) she canceled it, after merely reading some inaccurate notes in my file, saying that “she’s not convinced that I have a hernia” without ever having laid eyes on me or spoken to me. Her doing this has now pushed my ability to obtain an appointment with a surgeon out another 60 days. So, I’m now forced to bear this excruciating pain for yet another couple months due to her poor judgement.

Dr. Kerr was absolutely amazing! She removed my lipoma (aka back boob) with very minimal scarring. I feel like a brand new woman and couldn't be happier with the results. She needs her own show people! Dr. Pimple Popper who??

Very Professional, Knowledgeable, and Experienced. Preformed both my surgeries with minimal pain and strong quick healing time. I have heard horrors from others who have went somewhere else and can not relate to them thanks to Dr. Kerr's Excellent care given to me twice. I am grateful.

Dr. Kerr was very well-informed on the issue I was experiencing. She did not rush me through the visit. She explained things in detail. She did a thorough exam of the condition and was very thoughtful and gave me a lot of insight. I just love HRH and am in the process of getting all of my healthcare needs met by HRH. Great people and great personalities!

I would recommend Dr. Kerr to anyone. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be alive today. She’s kind, caring, understanding and listens to what I have to say. She explains things the way I could understand and takes her time. She has stuck with me from beginning to end on both surgeries. I am and will be forever grateful for Dr Kimberly Kerr!

I got diagnosed with Crohn's disease and was told I have to get my gallbladder removed. I was referred to see Dr. Kerr. @ HCH. After being as confusing as one can get on trying to explain everything to me, as we are leaving the room to go to the counter, she says, "I'm glad I don't have Crohn's disease!" I was shocked! She's very unprofessional! I called the next day to let them know it upset me. Because I was upset and called to vent my frustrations, she denied me services for my surgery! WOW!
