Dr. Kimberly Schoofs, MD

I've seen Dr Schoofs for years now and she's always kind, caring and explains things well (even writes things down for me!). I did try out another doc because I moved but I feel like I was told terribly wrong info and went back to Schoofs as I really trust her expertise. She's helped me so much feel comfy in my own skin--literally! One of my first interactions with her was to get botulinum toxin injections for cosmetic reasons and one thing stood out--she's in it to help her patients and less about the profitability. I felt like she really knows her dermatology topics and her expertise is so valuable! Highly recommend Dr. Schoofs!

Dr. Schoofs has been my derm doc for a few years now. Appointments are all at appropriate time to be seen. She has always had time to spend with her patients and has always completed the appropriate exams. I only have high praise for her , the staff and the people working the desks.

Patient centric from the moment you walk through the door! Caring and compassionate in every way. I have received several treatments to remove thermal damage to my face with outstanding results!

I am leaving this review for the Full Staff located at the Shawnee Mission Location. I went to the Shawnee Mission Location for the first time and everyone from the front desk which was Courtney and Vicki to Amber the Nurse and Emily The PA. ALL WERE ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL!! I was checked in with friendliness, professionalism and efficiency. And there was no wait to check in. I was back in a room within 10 minutes. Amber, my nurse listened to my specific issues and concerns and by the time Emily came in she was up to date on what my visit was for. Both Emily, the PA and Amber were compassionate and caring. They went over everything in detail about the current and even potential upcoming procedures I may have. They listened and did not rush me at all. They treated me as if I was the only patient they have and that is rare to find. I have been to multiple Doctors in the last 10 yrs due to my many, many medical issues I have developed. I l HIGHLY recommend the Shawnee Mission Office

Exceptional dermatologist with a kind and caring attitude with every visit.

My skin cancers began to show up about 10 years ago. She has been very nice in having me come in every six months. She does listen to me if I have a question about a place on my back or face. I seldom have to wait more than 15 minutes. When you are under her care, she gives you her absolute attention. I highly recommend Dr. Schoofs.
