RUN AWAY
This woman misdiagnoses what specialist you need because she won't bother to take the time to understand a patient's history. If you don't want a premature death or wasting a lot of time and money with the wrong specialists, do not see Dr Stein. She also has a horrible bedside manner and doesn't give two rips about her patients. She must have become a doctor for the money because she doesn't care about helping people.

Both Dr Stein and physician's assistant, Lynette Bryant, listen, explain things well, and take appropriate steps regarding medication or further testing. Although they are very different in their demeanor, they are both very professional and caring.

Dr Stein takes care of my mother and she takes such good care of her I could never find another doctor to replace her that's how good she is. One of the people there that helps me with things is Denise and she's wonderful and always so informative and always answers my questions she's great. Also the staff in the front office the ones that make the appointments are so helpful and pleasant. it's a great team and they have treated my mother so well and I appreciate that and it means so much to me thank you all.

I would never recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Stein has got to be the rudest doctor I’ve ever encountered. I have never had a doctor who acts like your presence, in her office, is a burden. She doesn’t look at you. She doesn’t listen to you. She talks over you, like you’re an idiot. I had two appointments with her, and neither time she looked, nor sounded, pleasant in any way. I felt like a burden; instead of a welcome patient. Her nurse is, also, incredibly rude and disrespectful. Having to go to the doctor is bad enough, but having to go to a doctor that treats you like you are worthless, and unwelcome, is a nightmare! I’m in disbelief that a human being who behaves that way chose medicine, and is still practicing.

Doesn't Listen to patient
After going to this practice for over 30 years I didn't have any real issues until my primary Doctor retired and I had to take on Stein because the next Dr I requested left the practice. I try to avoid her and take a practitioner because she doesn't seem to care, is inattentive, and hurries through appointment like everyone is cattle. I had to wait 30 minutes in waiting room to get maybe 5 minutes. I have since changed Drs.. She hardly makes eye contact with you when I spoke to her, she refused to touch my hand when I was complaining of a possible fracture and wouldn't do an x-ray even though my insurance would have covered it

Dr. Stein Is the last Doctor I would pick to visit. I seen her twice. The first time my regular doctor was out and I was just out of the ER and needed to see my Primary, she was very short with me and just gave me more medication to take. The second time I seen her I asked a question about how bad my diabetic neuropathy was and she started ranting and raving then stormed out of the office. She came back in a few min. later with a referral to another doctor. Worst Bedside Manner I have ever seen. I will not see Dr. Stein again

I started going to Kimberly Stein few months ago because the last doctor I went to push through in and out too quickly and didn’t have time to talk to you then for almost a year because of the virus it was always on the phone I try to make a appointment and they said it would be an emergency appointment so they can charge more money I am so happy that I left Orlando family positions and started going to Kimberly Stein she is a great doctor thank you

My insurance no longer covers my primary doctor, so I chose Dr Stein due to her background and because she is a woman about my age. I thought we may relate better. What I got was barely a hello, and her back to me as she reviewed my file. I told her that I had an autoimmune disease although the rheumatologist was not certain what type. I started to explain what I had been through in the past 6 months, and asked her to look at my hands which were stiff and I was unable to open fully. After less than a minute of talking to her, she swung her chair around to face me and said, "you are going in circles(or backward). I am a primary, I send you to specialists. If they don't know what it is, what do you want me to do?" I was shocked. Then she said, "now is there anything else?" to which I replied no. She got up and walked out. She came back in a few minutes later and said she can give me a referral to a specialist if I need one. I refused the offer and will never go back.

Horrific. This person is the rudest “doctor “ I have ever met. She is dismissive, short, and belittles patients. Beware of this doctor if you are looking for someone to help. She is unkind and doesn’t listen to the patients. Sadly she was also caught gossiping about me to another person. What kind of a doctor does that? Gross. Too bad for Pro Health because she’s 100% awful!
