Caring, listening, knowledgeable physician. Yes wait time can be long, but it is worth it. Listens to you, extremely good treatment. Staff are helpful and good. I have gone to her for years and definitely recommend her.

I have been a patient for over a year with Dr. with the need to look for alternatives to improve my health condition, I had a scheduled appointment, they called me for the reminder and the next day they call me to inform me that I could not be attended since they did not accept my insurance, they tell me that the Dra had already exhausted the resources in terms of medications to relieve my pain, that they were going to send me a list of pain specialists by email, they called me again to tell me that email did not exist, it catches my attention because if it exists, they tell me that They will send it again and it never arrived, what a lack of professionalism and humility. The doctor is a professional in the field of medicine, whose goal is to maintain and achieve the recovery of human health. She really rushes you through the visit. Does not spend time with me. Awful scheduling and rude staff.

Dr. Farheen is very thorough, listens well, explains condition well along with subsequent therapies and has a great bedside manner! I'm glad I found her. Thoroughly recommend!

I do not know why they made an appointment for me if they do not handle conditions like mine. She immediately told me, “there’s nothing I can do for you here because of my condition. You will need to see a different kind of doctor.” I asked her, “then why take my appointment when I called and explained beforehand what my condition was?” I continued by asking her if I am still responsible for the Co-pay since there’s nothing she can do, and she said, “yes, because I saw you.” This doctor didn’t do anything to me, and had the guts to tell me that I am responsible for payment. I am not sure what she is going to charge for, since she didn’t do anything.

Dr. Farheen is truly an exceptional doctor who really listens and explains her treatment plans in an understandable manner. You can’t ask for a better doctor.

Dr. Farheen is an excellent Rheumatologist. She has been on of my physicians for a couple of years, when I was diagnosed with Wegener's Disease. I need to get her new phone number as soon as she is settled to book an appointment. If anyone knows how to reach her new office I would really appreciate some help in re-establishing with her ASAP. I had an appointment with her for December, but it was cancelled when she left UT Physicians.

I saw Dr. Farheen and her assistant Theresa last week for the first time. WOW!!! What an amazing group of people. Wendy at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She welcomed me with a smile and was comforting. Shelly was not very friendly both times I went in. I feel if you are going to be working at the front desk you need to be smiling and helpful...she is not. There are not words to describe Theresa. She is absolutely amazing!!!
