He told me he could do the surgery no issues. Had done it many times no problems or issues ever before. I wasn’t given the proper recovery medication for the scaring. I saw it on the take home paperwork and called about it. His nurse said,”Should have been sent home with you”. We will call it into your pharmacy right away”. They never did, I called again, was told that it no longer mattered now it had been over 4 weeks. Went back 6 months after surgery. He then proceeded to tell me to use same scar cream, take home what I was told on the phone was no longer needed. Then on the third visit, cause of not having the scar cream, I would need to be ripped back open. Then, if that went badly, the next step was the exact opposite of what he said was a bad idea at our first consultation before the initial surgery. No good way to end this situation, so now I am looking for someone to fix his mistake. I couldn’t be more upset…

Was kind and very personable. A good listener. Very patient with the patient.
