Dr. Kirk Tiemann, MD

I had an appointment for a pain and a lump I have had. I was in the room for over an hr. I ended up leaving because I had to go pick up my kids. I think they forgot I was even back there because I never got a follow up call to reschedule or apologizing for the wait. My husband see him as his PCP and I asked him if he could make me an appointment because I never got my issue looked at. I did make a google review. They said if I felt the way I felt about my experience then I needed to find another doctor, ok understandable it should have stopped there but it didn’t . Well I wasn’t able to get an appointment unless I deleted my google review. Is that even legal? They could have simply said that I was no longer a patient anymore. I have seen another google review that a patient was waiting to long and their experience was not good. Not everyone’s going to have a great experience but I was willing to try again and move forward.

I’ve had nothing but problems with Dr. Kirk Tiemann’s office. On multiple occasions, they fail to follow through on what they say. The pharmacy submitted a refill request, and over a week later, it still hadn’t been filled. I called the office multiple times, and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They assured me the prescription would be taken care of, but days later, the pharmacy still had nothing. The lack of professionalism and accountability is astounding. I highly recommend steering clear of this practice.

Care among three providers is good. However, getting refills has been extremely difficult. This issue has been discussed with medical staff, but no improvement.

Like several other reviewers, I arrived early for my appointments, only to be make to wait an hour or more to be seen. Dr. Tiemann only saw me one time after numerous visits to the clinic. NP Angela is a good clinician, but the wait times are too much. Also had a bad experience on my last visit with the lab tech who was unsuccessful drawing my blood. I've never had problems with other lab techs getting a blood sample. No more Regal Park for me.

I selected this clinic because they accept new patients and my insurance approved. I was very happy at first, but then began to notice they never saw me within an hour and then it got worse. I found out very quickly that the clinic attends to walk-ins before primary care patients with pre-scheduled appointments. After many years of waiting 1-2 hours to be seen; the clinics insistence on numerous tests; follow-up appointments to get test results (no phone consults); and having to go every 3 months for medication refills I decided it was time for a change. My new physician is a breath of fresh air as she and her clinic are nothing like Regal Park. *It is advisable to also understand Regal Park is an independent clinic. I am puzzled as to why they have received the KCBD Best of the West award! Perhaps the walk-ins are happy patients. I do NOT recommend this clinic for Primary Care!

First came to know Dr. T, as a DOT Class A semi driver. Over the years became my primary Dr. with outstanding service, care, and attention to detail!!! His health care for me is the best I ever had and trust his health care with out question.

Dr. Tiemann is the most caring, deliberate, and thorough physician I have seen, and his staff conduct themselves in the same way. Everyone is courteous and concerned with your health.

Dr. Tiemann and Angela Escalante, NP, are very honest and trustworthy. They both truly care about their patients and all the staff at Dr. Tiemann's facility are incredibly friendly. This is the cleanest doctor's office I have ever been to. I would definitely recommend Regal Park Medical Center to all of my friends and family.

Dr Tieman, Angela and his staff are amazing. They have taken care of myself , family and friends I have referred and everyone is so happy with the experience they had. Highly recommend them.

I have been going to Dr. Tiemann for over 4 years only to be disappointed over and over again. More than several occasions I had over 1 1/2 hour wait only to be told they had a lot of unexpected walk-ins! WHAT? Wrong answer! I had my appointment for 3 months! One time my wait was 1 hour and 45 minutes only to be told Dr. Tiemann was telling a patient they had cancer. Ironically he misled me the cancer direction years ago only to find out I did not have cancer. Candice is the worst employee! RUDE

He does an excellent job. Really appreciate how he goes about his profession- but the office scheduling not so much. I’m leaving because of regular issues, like waiting an hour to pee in a cup for next weeks physical where I’ll wait an hour as well.

Dr. Tiemann is a VERY CHRISTIAN man and is one that is TRULY, concerned about and DOES care about his patients. He is VERY easy to talk to and will answer ANY question(s), that you may have. It's GREAT, to have him on "my side"! KUDOS, Dr. T! Love ya!

He and his nurse practitioners are very caring and take the time to listen! They do not rush through their visit, which makes it worth the extra wait.

Dr. Tiemann was very nice but only saw him one time, then turned over to Angela, nurse practitioner. She was nice enough but went off in a different direction from my complaint/concern. She seems to think probiotics will fix everything. Be prepared to wait for a long time even if you have an appontment. Not uncommon to wait an hour after scheduled appointment before being seen. Went in for a. Annual exam and no exam was done. good luck getting meds refilled. Office manager is rude.
