×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Avery?
Dr. Avery's Medical Assistant rarely returns phone calls, and when she's out of the office, you get her voicemail without realizing that she isn't going to pass on your concerns to Dr. Avery. So, if you have an important concern, you have to call someone at the front desk & ask them to relay your message to Dr. Avery. Everything about this practice is totally disorganized.
