Awesome doctor
I’ve had numerous surgeries on my shoulder. Torn rotator cuff, this time had ruptured bicep. Doctor Monaghan is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. She takes time to explain what needs to be done.

Shoulder Surgery
February 2023 Shoulder surgery (torn rotator cuff, slap tear, frozen shoulder, etc). Could not raise my arm above mid waist for at least two years. Dr. Monaghan repaired my shoulder and I am now at full range of motion. Very knowledgeable and caring doctor.

Good Service
I was referred there after an auto accident. Within minutes of being seen by the Doctor my condition was diagnosed/treated/follow up appointment booked. The staff was pleasant.

Your The Best Precision
I seem to always have a wonderful experience at Precision. I'm so glad to have Dr. Poehling-Monaghan as my Orthopedic doctor. She is the best!!! She listens and r/o what is going on with her patients and she cares. The front desk staff is awesome. They get you in and out with a smile on your face. Thanks for all you do Precision Orthopedics.

Poor bedside manner
Have made multiple attempts to share some concerns that I have and she immediately dismisses them with a somewhat condescending tone. Will seek second opinion with someone that is actually willing to listen.

Dr Monaghan is an excellent dr. She listens to what you are saying and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She performed a complex surgery on my leg and before the surgery she sent me an email thanking me for choosing her and it contained information on the exact surgery I was having. I would recommend her to anyone who needs orthopedic care

Went in not knowing what to expect and I must say Dr. Monaghan was great. My son got hurt while playing basketball and as a parent, I was very concerned but she explained everything step by step and gave us advice for treatment. She also has a great personality which made things a lot easier for us.

Very thorough in her examinations. Gives patients good explanations of her findings and provides noninvasive and intermediate treatment options rather than jumping straight to surgery. Great disposition and personality.
