I had a past wonderful experience with her (dr. Kirkeby)and let me just say that she is so caring, kind and patient with her patients..but I cannot say that for two of her office staff whom one of them recently I talk to on 6/6/23 at 4:40 pm. Here I am waiting to make appt. To be seen by Dr. Kirkeby,,and the girl who answer phone was very "impatient, rude" with me,the one before her(a week apart) was kinda the same way!! Look,I share with her that I was calling because 3 or 4 times "Olivia" call me and Left mess. For me to call back and make appt. With NP so she tell me that doctor K. Is booked up till Oct.2023,I said I willing to go with someone else,so she gives me appt. With "PA" but too long for me to wait,so I ask , what about NP she got nasty impatient with me and said,' I already told you she same person" (as PA)at this point I said no,NP is nurse practitioner., PA is different, anyway she was kinda rude but def. Impatient with me and I'm sick right now with really bad symptoms from out of control"Thyroid gland" she could've been more understanding who she talking too(a very sick patient),I told her I was just following directions from Olivia's mess. Anyway, she give me appt. To far away,I need to see someone sooner, maybe N P has sooner openings, pls let me know asap! Thank you, btw,I forgive y'all office staff. Blessings,Lori

Great!! Seeing her for past couple of years for T2 Diabetes -- started treating me when hospitalized for pneumonia a couple of years back and system was out of control. Cooperates strongly with my kidney doc and my Primary. Knows her stuff, especially leading edge meds and processes re Y2 and CKF. Delightful to work with -- and my numbers are in control!!!

Dr Kirkeby is all around wonderful. She has provided the best experience I've had with a medical professional ever. She is kind, she listens and she's not one bit condescending which i've found to be an issue with many Doctors I've had in the past. She takes her time, allows for questions and will let you participate in determining the appropriate course of action for you your healthcare. I would recommend Dr Kirkeby whole heartily, I truly believe she is as good as it gets.

After waiting an hour and 40 mins after my appointment time, Dr. Kirkeby finally came in to meet me. Keep in mind I booked the appointment in January and couldn't get in until mid-May. She spent all of two mins with me and in those minutes, completely disregarded the reasons I was there. She ended the appointment with a well, we can do this test, if you want. Then left. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor; I've never disliked a doctor until now.
