My mother was referred to neurosurgery after trauma breaking her neck and being treated for an aneurism and or coritid artery disection. Dr Ebersole has horrific bedside manner and spoke to my mother inhumanly, like she was stupid and he did not let her speak. He made sure to let her know that he was 'taking time out of his day' for essentially nothing, I'm sure he only cares about his incentives from performing surgery. I do not recommend, he left my mother in tears. I would have called the hospital for them to make record of this if she hadn't urged me not to.

I had relocated to California, but on the night, I left Topeka KS as I was packing the back of my SUV, the hatch door slammed on the front top of my head. The pain was so intense, but my niece and I got on the road and made it to our destination. The headaches I had been having for the last two years were daily, but this new pain was almost unbearable. I went to the hospital in my new town, and they found 3 blood clots and two aneurysms. After the surgery was done, I had no choice but to return to Kansas. I met with Dr Ebersole. The time he spent with me was comfortable and informative. He was so easy to communicate with. He showed and explained, in detail, images of my surgery. Dr Ebersole is an 11 out of 10.

Dr. Ebersole makes himself available to those of us who have brain aneurysms via educational seminars, now via Zoom meetings because of the COVID crisis. Because mine is quite small, hasn't changed in about 10 years, and it is more dangerous to coil, he has been monitoring me for all these years. I think highly of Dr. Ebersole. I have read and heard about him on national news because of his saving a couple of children's lives by performing miraculous surgeries. Am lucky to have found him.

I wasn't referred by a local neurosurgeon for aneurysm clipping. Dr. Ebersole basically told me that my local doctors didn't know what they were talking about and even though I have up to a 50% chance of it rupturing he wouldn't recommend any treatment for several years. He was rude, treated me like I was stupid, he was impatient and told me to go somewhere else. I was in tears by the end of the appointment.

I would recommend. I did not like that after the angiogram he did not come to the room and explain the results with me. Otherwise I felt very happy with all the care and treatment by him and the staff.

Went in re: a brain aneurysm. He struck me as an impatient young man, with little interest in listening to his patient. I also had had a stroke, and was not responding as I should. Paperwork & scans were missing from what he had been given in advance, and I had not been made aware of that. As the paperwork and scans had all been ordered from California, I had no way of getting hold of more today. Was told to go home and call when I had what he wanted. I was very disconcerted by the meeting.

I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for Dr. Ebersole. He was able to explain what my brain injury was causing to my body in terms for anyone to understand. He explained what he would be doing during my surgery and the risks of doing surgery. Nobody expected me to get off the table. This man truly saved my life.

Only interested in surgery. When I questioned him and mentioned second opinion he refused to speak with me or make another appointment and his office told me to find another doctor..
