It was very satisfied and dr seemed very knowledgeable. Doctor spent enough time with me explaining all needed. Appointment was on time and all organized well. Her employees ( like girls that did blood work ) as well were polite and gentle. Ivana also at front desk was very nice. I am happy that I found this doctor.

Dr. Krol is extremely rude, and was uninterested in helping me at all. She couldn't even be bothered to read my chart and instead of asking me questions and trying to understand my issues, she ridiculed me for taking anti-depressants and strongly suggested my weight was the issue and that I should just start by losing weight even though I came to see her for hormonal issues. I had a truly awful experience with this doctor.

I have seen Dr. Krol for years. She's whatever...But today, I visited at the height of COVID. Her longtime receptionist, who always struck me as odd, wore her mask below her nose. At first I thought it fell, but for 20 minutes, she made no effort to cover her nose nor find a better fitting mask. I realized it was strategic - as if she didn't want to cover her nose ring. Dr Krol and the nurses interacted with her regularly during my wait - no one corrected her behavior. It's disgusting that a medical office doesn't have a better COVID policy. If the receptionist has a health condition to prevent mask wearing, she should be wearing a face shield. If this is how they handle COVID, who knows what's happening to your samples, tests, etc? Lost my business forever.

Dr. Krol or Dr. Cruel was unprofessional and rude. I was referred for a Pap smear and she asked about me about my fertility history. In front of a medical student, Dr. Krol said, “I don’t have a magic pill to get you pregnant.” “You are not the only woman with fertility problems.” I was completely humiliated and was vulnerable and crying to defend myself. The medical student felt bad and apologized to me as Dr. Krol left the room. I did not deserve that nor does any woman who struggles fertility.
I can not believe another woman especially a doctor is desensitized to show another woman compassion. I left the doctor’s office crying and feeling worse about my fertility issues. Please do yourself a favor and find another doctor who cares about women who struggle with fertility.

First time visit took almost 2 hours, 90 minutes just to wait for a doctor! 4 patients were scheduled at the same time at opening & doctor came to work late.
Follow up visit was scheduled 3 hours before the office closing hours. However, doctor was already gone! Staff who was locking the office said the appointment was scheduled 30 minutes earlier, doctor waited & left. If they believed so, why nobody called?

If you love yourself (and your baby!) please stay away from this doctor! First time I went to see her, she asked me how am I feeling, she gave me prenatal vitamins and told me where I'm going to give birth, at what hospital.Telling me what to eat, what not to eat, what medications I can take just in case, what tests I am going to have, pelvic exam....well, she didn't do or say anything about that!!! She spent 3 minutes with me and left! Same thing at my 2nd appointment, 5 minutes and that was it

Dr. Krol is a terrible doctor. If you want someone who is not willing to listen to you, treats you like a number and makes you feel like you are nothing more than a waste of her time-then by all means! Her staff is not professional consistently talking about their personal lives around patients in the waiting room. Her wait time is terrible. Expect to wait over an hour after your scheduled wait time. She has no bedside manner and absolutely 0 professionalism. "Find another doctor," she says.

Dr.Krol very professional and knowledgeable. She unswers each my questions and explains all tests.I like her as my GYN and STRONGLY recommend to everyone. Her staff Veronica and Ivana very friendly.

She doesn't care for her patients at all. Lady that did my ultrasound was so mean and asked no questions. The doctor acts like she is God know who. Didn't tell me anything regarding my pregnancy , no advice no questions just treated me like here is another pregnant girl. For the money my insurance is paying u better be smiling every time u see me !

Very bad experience. She did't explain my condition (nurse called me with brief info). Dr. Krol performed (very roughly) unnecessary, painful and expensive procedure. She didn't ask nor explain what she is doing and why. I was not informed what is wrong with my results.I had to call 4 times. Made me feel very worried for a long time. I am not coming back!
