Dr. Kostandinos Tsoulfas, MD

Do not go to this doctor, or so-called doctor. This man gave me sepsis 4 years ago. I cannot believe he is even still in practice. He gives the good doctors of Freodert a bad name. He has a horrible bedside manner. He actually argued with me, informed me he did not give me sepsis. I think I would know who put me in the ICU and the main hospital in Milwaukee for over 3 months. If you value your life or the life of a loved one, do not under any circumstance see this person. He is dangerous, rude and I know it All. He talks about his patients while they are behind a curtain. How do I know because he did it to me. After I was leaving The spine Care center at the hospital, this man argued with me for 3 minutes before I said goodbye. Then he informed me I would never be back at his clinic again. Well he was right about one thing, I will never ever go back to this man. I have been calling my physicians all morning to let them know about him because they have been with me through everything.

I have had several treatments and as always, the procedure went well. Dr Dino is quick, efficient and the results are outstanding. He explains things thoroughly and is very patient and kind. I noticed a few reviews complaining about how rushed he always is...true, but it's because he's a busy guy..there's a lot of pain out there and he's really good at what he does. He and his staff have always been awesome. So lucky to have him for pain management

Dr. Tsoulfas is a great doctor. He listens carefully. explains things thoroughly and answers any & all questions that you may have. much better than most back doctors in the area.

I have never had a better pain or back Dr then I found in Dr Dino .Him and is staff are amazing

I had a horrible experience with him. I was told I needed a driver to drive me home because I was going to recieve a twilight medicine and would be fozzie. Well that was all a big lie. They acted like they were giving me that medicine , I was never in any twilight at all. The injection he gave me was so excruciatingly painful worse then child birth. I was very upset and Dr Dino laughed about it and and said it wasn't that bad it was only 50 seconds. He completely dismissed my pain and the no twilight. I have had numerous injections and twilight sedative at other offices and they were never like this , it did what it was suppose to do . I will never go back to this doctor again. He has a terrible bedside manner , you don't laugh when your patient is trying to explain that there was no twilight separation and the pain was so bad. This was so unprofessional.

Dr. and his staff were very pleasant. Hopefully I will have some pain relief within a few days.

I unfortunately was on the table 25 minutes before procedure started. At 20 mins I told the nurses they needed to get me off the table because I was experiencing extreme pain I’m my back. Dr did come in and did procedure. I am thankful that I have signs of relief filling the procedure

I had a steroid medial block.

I have had several procedures with Dr. Dino. He always takes the time to explain everything, he wants to make sure that things are done with the least amount of discomfort, and he has a great sense of humor. You actually don’t mind having the procedure done if you are awake and talking with him because he makes it a pleasant experience .

Dr Dino listened to all my complaints about my body. We talked about what could be happening with my body and my pain. He has several things in mind to address them.

I received another type if injection yesterday and I can’t believe how gentle Dr Dino is with the needle! I received 6 injections and it was not only very gentle but it was over quite quickly! He knows his stuff and he’s good at it!!!

The staff were all very professional. Dr. Dino is awesome. Can't say enough about him and his staff. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends or anyone. Very satisfied.

I HAD A RFA AND THAT PROCEDURE HAS HELPED MY LUMBAR AND BULGING DISK ISSUE! WOULD RATHER HAVE THIS PROCEDURE THAN HAVE A TOTAL DISK REPLASEMENT,DR AND ALL STAFF ARE AMAZING THAT I REFERED A THIRD PERSON TO HIM THAT HAS BEEN AT ANOTHER PAIN PLACE AND HAVE NOT HELPED HER AT ALL .THANK YOU DR AND STAFF CLINICAL, OR, AND CLERICAL AT KENOSHA SITE!

Avance pain management is very lucky to have dr dino. He has helpef me so much and he and all staff work so well together!He has provided me with a better quality of life thru procedures and pain controled medication! Best dr I have had in years, thank you to him and staff!

Doctor is okay but always rushed. Never gives numbing shots a chance to work before he starts his procedures. Support staff is very nice but the office staff isn’t that great. The scheduling staff is not very friendly and can be short and rude and doesn’t seem to care about you. It is like an assembly line and no time to really ever talk to doctor..
