Dr. Kris Stegmann, DDS

They were very impatient with me when I was having teeth removed. Treated me very rudely and was rough while doing the surgery jabing me with the novacain needle. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I had to pay thousands of dollars for a nightmare! Never again! Don't ever go here!

My second surgery with Dr Stegmann was even better than the first. This man's pain management is phenomenal; I felt nothing at all for two injections, and felt no more discomfort than a mosquito bite when he injected through the roof of my mouth. I was not numb any longer than necessary, which happens to be the way I prefer things . Dr Stegmann went above and beyond indulging my curioisity, explaining and showing to me every aspect of my surgery, treating me as an intelligent equal, with respect and good humor from start to finish. His staff is efficient and cordial, too. In the past 25 years I have been seen by one other oral surgeon in town, and my vote is 110% Kris Stegmann.

I had a dental implant by Dr. Stegman in 2012, and a second dental implant this morning. I have also had other dental work completed by Dr. Stegman. I found Dr. Stegman and his staff to have a high level of expertise, very professional, competent and friendly. They have always been able to schedule appointments around my work schedule, and schedule me in with last minute requests on my part. I appreciate his work, and his staff.

My son's dentist referred us to Lakeside for wisdom teeth extraction and I have been thoroughly disappointed by the customer service experience, so much so that I canceled my son's upcoming appointment and asked his dentist for a different referral. I provided information far in advance in order to get pre-auth and pre-determination in place but the office failed to act on them in a timely manner. Calls were not returned as promised. Had an appointment with his office in Traverse City through VA and then was told he was not handling VA any more but no one at this office let me know about this. When I called them back they rudely hung up me.
