Dr Erickstad took her time, reviewed all my records and listened to all my concerns. This is the first specialist I’ve seen that didn’t tell me all of my “problems” are because of anxiety. She was softspoken, calm and made me feel very comfortable which is hard for me to do at any doctors office. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a rheumatologist!

I had positive labs for illness from another doctor and she seemed put off that I went to another doctor and wouldn't listen to what I was saying. The reason I had the labs run elsewhere is because she said she wouldn't run them for me. Then she suggested that I see a Therapist!!! My labs show that I'm sick. Also, I had one particular lab run multiple times by four other doctors that came up positive. Hers came up negative and she wouldn't even consider re-running her lab. She just said that all of the other labs were wrong and that ALL of the other six tests were wrong.

I have been seeing her for 6 years and she, in my opinion, is the best I've seen over the years.

If Dr. Kristen Erikstad had neuropathy or fibromyalgia or shogrenes or all 3 she wouldn’t deny medicine if you are within a year of seeing her!!! No heart no compassion I would like her to walk around with all 3 diseases and see how she feels being dented medication because she was trying to better herself by going back to school and working her butt off!!! I would rate a 0 but can’t have to put in 1 star to leave a review

I drove 1 hour to the 1st appt. Don’t come to Longview so, I am not familiar with Longview, finally found it had to find a parking spot due to it being at the Hospital. Then had to find her suite number. Get to the office right at 1:10 and they had already canceled my appointment. The receptionist (Penny) was very rude, and said it will be 100.00 dollars to reschedule the appointment!! She stated the Dr has VERY strict rules, ok I get that, I’ma new patient has NO IDEA where the office was the traffic was awful ofcourse, and canceled my 1st appointment when I walked in the door at 1:10!! And pay 100.00 dollars to make another appt. Sure let me pull that out of my pocket like I have 100 to just hand out!! So if you are going to see this I GUESS WONDERFUL DR YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SEE AND CAN’T BE A MINUTE LATE, MAKE SURE YOUR THERE 30 minutes early!! I’ll be finding another Doctor!! She obviously doesn’t care about patients she just wants your MONEY!!!! Just a heads up!! Awful experience!

Cancelled next appt. I keep having positive ANAs that lean towards scherladerma and she keeps saying they are false positives. 3 times I think not. Especially with all my health concerns.

A short visit. Don't waste your time. No help there.

I was very happy to be able to get in to see her. She listened to me took her time with me and started right away to finding out what was going on.with my body.

I was so happy to be able to go to her. She is very through and patient. She seems to be very knowledgeable.

Dr. Erikstad is very thorough, and listened to all of my concerns. After 10 years of pain, I finally got someone to listen to my biggest complaint instead of ignoring the problem. My life has changed for the better because of Dr. Erikstad.

Cold personality. First words out of her mouth upon entering the examination room was "if you don't like me, you can find a new doctor." I went with my wife for her apportionment and the doctor never acknowledged my presence until my wife introduced me.

Dr. Kristen Erickstad seems very knowledgeable, and caring about her patients. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
