I have been seeing Dr. Roy for several years and she is a wonderful doctor. The problem is with her front desk staff. If you are having issues and need to see the doctor right away they are not helpful at all. I asked if I could be put on a cancellation list and was told yes, I called 2 days later to see if there were any cancellations and a completely different person told me there is no list and people that cancel appointments cancel at the last minute so they couldn't help me get in quicker. I asked if another obgyn in the office had an opening and was told they don't switch patients. I don't know about anyone else but I generally give as much notice as possible when I cancel an appt. Very disappointed at the lack of helpfulness I was given and am switching doctors because of this.

Dr. Roy has treated me for 18 years, two children and each yearly check. She is patient, kind and empathetic. Sometimes you do have a long wait to see her, but it is so worth it.

I was a patient of Dr. Wright, who is also excellent, but Dr. Wright was unavailable when I went to labor. I wanted natural birth and Dr. Roy followed my wishes. What I liked most is she allowed me to make decisions about my birthing experience and was there to support and encourage me. On a separate occasion she performed an outpatient mini surgery squeezing me into Friday afternoon schedule. If not for her, I'd be in emergency room that weekend. I would highly recommend Dr. Wright and Dr. Roy

I would totally recommend this Physician! I have found a diamond in the ruff... The feeling of comfort and close knit family is what I felt as a patient in this office. The best experience I have ever had with any doctor. She is very kind and takes her time while caring for her patients.
