Dr. Kristian Von Rickenbach, MD

Dr Von has an excellent bedside manner. She speaks clearly and explains her diagnosis. I really like her show and tell. She has a plastic replica of a knee and she's very adept at pointing out all of the issues. I left there knowing so much more about my anatomy of my knee. Which really helps. She also was very knowledgeable and very confident in her diagnosis. It was easy to trust what she said. Plus she and my daughter have the same first name. Good omen. I expected to wait however I was seeing right away. I was in and out without an hour. I saw a resident and a student and they all were very pleasant. The rooms are clean. The clinic is just very nice. I would recommend. Five stars I guess because there was really nothing detrimental to be said said.

Dr. Von is the consummate professional in the field of Rehabilitation Medicine. As she was performing a second procedure (shoulder injection), she is explaining the process to me in a clear and concise manner from the beginning to the end. Her demeanor is pleasant; she is knowledgeable and thorough.

The team of the department of Rehab Med are skilled, polite, and quick. Dr. Von Rickenbach listens, asks pertinent questions, makes excellent decisions as she treats my arm pain. She diagnosed what I had and suggested I follow up with an occupational therapist, which I did satisfactorily. We discussed my situation in a comforting follow up appointment. And p.s. her smile lights up the room!

Mrs.Von Rickenbach is so amazing with helping me with pain management as i recover from my injury and try to get back on track she answers all of my medical questions she gives great advice on the different things I can do to get better and not be in so much pain. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
