NP (Nurse Practitioner) only sees NEW PATIENTS!
Nurse Practitioner didn't even read pages of referral sent over by Physician and never read pages of New Patients forms that had been delivered days before appointment! Also Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie, even told patients that they DO NOT work with Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, FL! To be seen by Dr Harmon you have to put you are released by Mayo Clinic even though patient is a transplant patient!

DO NOT RECOMMEND DR HARMON – Feb 21, 2024

Horrible!!
The office lost my medical records that I sent them in advance, did not even want to review them, gave me false information during my visit, refused to give me my medical records and it took me several months to get them. They overcharged me and admitted it and then refused to even tell me how I could get my money back. I had to send a certified letter to demand that they send me back the money that they overcharged me.I would avoid this Dr. at all expense. Find somebody else. And her PA Stephanie is even worse. I found far more information searching online than I did from the office visits. I’m surprised that this doctor can even call her self and her PA an endocrinologist when they don’t even know certain things such as the thyroid can cause certain conditions. I suggest this doctor and the PA learn about the thyroid and how that impacts things.

Excellent Physician!
Dr Harmon actually listened to me when I explained my concerning symptoms I was having. She did testing and I was diagnosed with a very small nodule on my thyroid. She explained that because my symptoms were concerning she was wanting this biopsied to rule out anything serious. My biopsy showed my nodule was in fact papillary cancer and I had surgery to remove my thyroid. I’m thankful for a physician that is professional, knowledgeable and passionate about the well being of her patients.

Very rude office and completely not understanding. I had two "no shows" one for which was an emergency where i was in the hospital and had proof. The other was during a time of family emergencies and being sick. And they decided to discharge. When I called the first time to say I couldnt go to the appointment and explain the receptionist was really rude, didnt listen to what I said and responded with "uh huh". I work at an office too and understand no shows but they dont work with you.
