I had to find a new GP in July 2024 when my long time GP retired...totally traumatic for me, LOL! He was great and I wasn't happy with the office as they made no effort to accommodate his patients with a new provider. The NP I finally got was not a good fit. Dr. Harrington was recommended to me by my nephew. He really liked her and thought I would too. I thought Doc Harrington and her office were GREAT! I drive an hour each way to her office...that's how good I think she is with prob a million providers between my house and her office! I think she is a great listener, doesn't rush and really cares. Just please don't retire anytime soon!!!

Dr. Harrington has been a very good doctor for me. I feel she has always cared about me, is willing to work with me to solve a problem and she listens to my concerns. I appreciate her help very much and would recommend her as a doctor.

In an era where everyone is scrutinized to do more with less time, Dr. Harrington seems to somehow still make you feel like you're her only patient during your appointment. She listens, but then also asks comprehensive follow-up questions to make sure that she clearly understands your concerns. She won't let you get away with "please I just need refills even though I haven't seen you in two years" because just clicking "approve refills" is the easy way out; but getting you in on an already very busy schedule to make sure that she speak to you face-to-face and examine you is the right thing to do. If you want a physician who is willing to take the easy way out, then she's not your type. If you want someone who will try to convince you of the right thing to do, even if you aren't happy with it (but is clearly in your best interest regardless of how you feel, AKA your advocate), then consider Dr. Harrington. I am happy that I did.

Dr. asked questions that suggested she had not been listening to me. This happened a number of times during the visit. She seemed distracted. It was as if she was just going through the motions. Will not go back.

Not likely to be able to recommend, my son David passed away I'm having a tough time and missed my appointment i asked for two prescriptions with a refill for each the Dr haringtons said no the refills would have given me more time, i already had a appointment scheduled for 2 months from now. In my opinion she has no compassion and is more interested in the money than a patient unimaginable loss of a child and the effect it has on a parent this is all my opinion she will live with being heartless and the hypocritical oath to do no harm apparently means nothing

Dr Harrington is a great family practice doctor that also supports m as OB/GYN and my boyfriend for his diabeties. She takes her time and answers all my questions, it never feels rushed. She checks portal messages after work and responds after hours, which is more than any doctor I've had before does. If you call and leave a message and ask them to let her know they will tell her durin her shift otherwise she gets messages before she leaves for the day. She has made insurance calls about my requests when staff was talking longer than I hoped she did it herself. She's really honest.

I have an initial appointment in July. I developed an issue that could not wait so I went to a med clinic. When I called her office for some follow up advice I had to leave a message because no one answers the phone. It has now been 7 hours and I have yet to receive a call back. A poor beginning.
