An absolute a waste of time. Plan on her being at least 2 hrs behind schedule EVERY time. Won't even refill a script that I've been on for years. Instead, wants me to go to a dermatologist. What good is a PCP when they refer you out to Speciality for simple conditions. Waste of time!

My insurance changed so I had 2 change 2 a new Dr which I HATE. From a coworker I picked Dr Kristen Neggard. When I walked into family medicine I was cheerfully greeted and helped by both front desk ladies. I was ushered 2 the back in a timely matter by another friendly medical assistant whi helped get me situated with vitals ect. My attitude was this Dr is going 2 come down on me for being overweight, and smoking. Instead she was wonderful and helped me with great options 2 b healthy.

Dr Negaard listens well and is a reassuring positive presence. I have recommended her to everyone I talk to. My husband is switching to her for primary care.
