Dr. Kristin Philbrick, MD

Always a long wait to be seen. Always only about five minutes of actually being seen. And doctor was very dismissive. Definitely operates as a clinic more about the bottom dollar and smooshing as many patients in a day than actual medical care. I guess go see her if you have absolutely no health concerns and just need a physical done and don’t mind also waiting well past your appointment time for mediocre care. I’m sorry if this sounds a little harsh, but unfortunately I wasted so much of my time trying to give her and this office a benefit of the doubt and ultimately wasted so much time and money.

Dr. Philbrick is like an extended family member that I just so happen to have seen every once and while for my health needs. I truly love everyone that I’ve come in contact with at this doctors office. She’s watched both my children grow up into young adults and took the time to really know us as her patients. There isn’t a doubt in my mind that Dr. Philbrick absolutely cares the utmost about ALL of her patients. I’ve been sick many times in my life and she’s been there to help me pick up the pieces. The doctor is only as good as their patient, in my opinion. & I have not always been a great patient but she put up with me & my shenanigans for many years. For that I truly love her for being so understanding and patient with the patient. So, whoever wrote anything other than a positive review, couldn’t have known her much less given her a chance! Dr. Philbrick is as awesome as they come when it comes to doctors. Thanks Dr. Philbrick for your years of dedication to my family’s health!

I actually just left her office earlier for my checkup. What I really love about Dr. Philbrick is that she listens and treats you like a person and not just the next appointment that she needs to get done in 15 min or less. I have gone through a few doctors that I was not fond of and am so happy I've found her! I really don't understand how anyone could give a bad review about her honestly.

Almost 2 years ago I made an appointment with Dr. Philbrick was trying to locate a Dr. in close distance to where I live. It took a while to get in as a new paitient. I was literally agast at Dr. Philbrick, she was side tracked and talked about how she was trying to find a way to spend more time with her children etc. etc. I can't blame her for that, but that is not why I was coming in to see her. At the end of the interview she advised me I might want to try the other female Dr. next door ?????

Since the office moved it is very difficult to get in to see the doctor. The phone staff and nurse on phone determine how important your needs are. Send messages to the doctor and wait all day for a call back. Not the care I expect. End up going to urgent care to actually have an exam and discuss illness. Disappointed.

This office is rediculous. I'm waiting 4 days for an rx refill and getting the run around the entire time. Office staff is rude, uncaring and unprofessional. This is the second experience I've had like this. I was referred to this dr by a frIend and initially loved her. But my experience as an actual patient has been awful. I do not recommend this dr or this practice.

The time management at this office is absurd! There is no reason I should be waiting OVER AN HOUR to be seen by Dr. Philbrick. Not to mention, not a single persons even apologized for the delay until I said something. This has happened multiple times & I will no longer return to this office. If you can't respect my time, I will not pay to be over an hour behind my own schedule.
