Took my elderly mother to Dr. Robinson. Mom was nervous as she'd been to a different doctor for decades. Doctor was in a huge rush. She clipped the nails far too fast and with little attention to detail. Rather than filing them down, she left nails jagged. And she clipped my mothers skin! When mom cried out, she said, "Sorry. These things happen, its just part of it..." Um...what? Isn't that why we go to a professional... so we don't cause harm to an already fragile person? Very disappointed!
