Very negative. After reading these ratings, I was correct to feel that she was not a great doctor. She did not want to hear my questions - only wanted to point a finger and tell me "I need to" or" I should do" what she tells me to do. I wanted to explain my symptoms, but she seemed to want me to do it in one minute. She seemed agitated as soon as she came into the room, which was always about a half hour late & me sitting in exam room.

Chooses not listen to patient, bullying posture, aggitated demeanor. Inability to understand complex medical issues expressed in questioning dosages and/or medications prescribed by specialists. Unable to relate to patient with any kindness or compassion. Hostile.

My husband and I both go to Dr. Balangue and we love her. She is always prepared when we go in to see her having checked our records. For once we have a doctor that doesn't require we repeat our health history every time we see her. She keeps track of our wellness checks and makes certain that we always have the prescription refills that we need. As a primary care doctor she does exactly what we need and want her to do. Thank you Dr. Balangue for your excellent care.

Impersonal. Focused on data and not you as a person. Rushed. Doesn't listen with attention. Not accessible. Quick to prescibe as solution for everything. Doesn't want to hear any problems or complaints you may have at your visit. I had significant neurological symptoms and she never even examined me. (I'm 66 years old). Physical exams are a joke. Gave her the benefit of the doubt for over 2 yrs, but I won't be going back.

I am not sure if this doctor has the expertise required to treat patients. She keeps sending me to specialists for every minor problem!
