Unprofessional. We waited more than a month to be told we weren't in their system. They treated us like we'd made the appointment up and said we'd have to reschedule. We pressed the issue and they admitted this was common. While we tried to discuss options, an office lady came up an tried to make us wait so she could talk to the receptionist. When I said that we were talking she immediately turned the conversation violent and invited me to "take it outside" with her. Dangerously poor service.

I went to Dr. Hirschfield twice. Once for myself and shortly thereafter with my 14 year old daughter. She was pleasant enough but in my opinion she didn't really care about preventing sun damage at all. In neither of our appointments did she even ask about or encourage the use of daily sunscreen. I got the feeling that she only really cared about doing cosmetic procedures. Not the kind of dermatologist I would go back to.
