Has been such an amazing help
Dr. Kroll has treated my severe allergies for many years and is now helping me with my daughter's allergies. I could not ask for a better. More attentive doctor who has helped us navigate some tough times. She was caring, considerate and through. I appreciate her expertise and professionalism more than I can ever say.

Never got to meet with the doctor, she prescribed allergy drops to me that cost $300 without ever speaking with me about my symptoms. Every time I try to call I cannot get through. Was prescribed an EpiPen and asthma inhaler on April 1st and did not get it called into my pharmacy until August. I called multiple times during those months to check the status and could never get through or kept being told they would check on it and then never get back to me. Just called to try to get refunded for the allergy drops which I never received because the doctor had to cancel the appointment and then I could never get through to reschedule so I am no longer comfortable continuing treatment here. Was put on hold immediately for over 10 minutes when I called. Hung up and when I call back I can't get through. It is not safe for it to be this hard to reach a doctor.

She was very abrasive and read things from a pamphlet to my daughter. Made us purchase drops for 200$ that we didn’t need for allergies because we were covered for shots. She was dismissive and didn’t even examine or look my daughter in the eye. The worst experience ever. She wants money. She will want you to buy the drops for allergies because she gets a kick back. Not a professional at ALL.

My daughter took my grandson to see Dr. Krol. They put him in the room and got him ready to see the doctor. They then came in and told him they needed the room for another patient. He was sent back into the waiting room. After 45 minutes my daughter decided to leave as they had taken several people in to see the doctor while my grandson was still waiting. When she asked when he would see the doctor, the receptionist told my daughter she had no idea. NOT the way to treat people!!

I have been going to Dr. Krol since Jan.2012 where I was diagnosed with allergies. I have several but the worst is grass. I use 3 drops under my tongue every day instead of taking the shots weekly. My allergies have all improved. My symptoms have decreased overall. I am very pleased. The staff is friendly and nice as well as Dr. Krol. Keep up the good work !!!

I have been seeing Dr. Krol for many, many years. I think I was one of her first patients! She got my asthma under control, and I never required hospitalization. My allergy injections have helped me tremendously. I've never had any trouble getting a timely appointment, and the staff is very helpful.

A doctor who truly understands her craft inside and out. I have been receiving allergy shots from Dr Krol for quite some time. The shots do make a difference and improve your life. The office is a basic setup with a waiting room and a few patient areas in the back. I see the staff on Saturday's and can be in and out within 30 mins. Dr Krol is a no frills doctor who works with the rules installed by the insurance industry. She ensures patients receive the best treatment possible.

I suffered terribly from seasonal allergies, until I started going to Dr. Krol. One of the questions I'm asked when I go in for a visit is " have your allergies been bothering you" and my answer is always no. I recommend her to any of my friends who have allergies

When I made my first appt. with Dr. Krol, I was rather desperate. I had a severe condition and was turned away by another allergist who refused to do the paperwork involved with a special monthly shot I needed to take. Dr. Krol listened to my story and within a very short amount of time I was treated and my problem was resolved. She also made a critical recommendation to me and aided me in resolving another condition I was suffering from. I am a weekly patient and am very thankful to her.
