I was returning to ER after getting antibiotics for skin infection. I was having a reaction to the antibiotic. My experience same as previous review that said this Dr should not be practicing medicine and avoid her and get another one! I felt like I wasn't there because she only looked at computer never looked at me and didn't respond to questions or comments I had. I had a reaction to an antibiotic and she tested me for C Diff and MRSA. Both were negative. Advised me to avoid any other antibiotics and wrote prescription for a MRSA antibiotic. I asked why when I didn't have MRSA. No answer. I left and didn't get the MRSA medicine. What was use I didn't have MRSA? Side effects were serious and skin infection cleared up in 3 days! The MRSA medicine cost $3,600!

Dr. Robinson should not be practicing medicine. As an ER doctor, she does not listen to her patients concerns and health issues, as she is too busy working to complete the computer check list. She is not attentive and could not even correctly diagnose a kidney infection. If she is your ER doctor at Ruby or UHC, I suggest asking for another physician or going to a different hospital entirely.
