Leg Injury
Dr. Danielson I would highly recommend. He performed surgery on my leg and I met with him for follow up appointments. He was great throughout the entire process.

Great Doctor and has compassion for his patients.
I was impressed with how he talked to me and me feel comfortable with my treatment. He reminded me of what I would call old school Doctors. That took time to talk to you and ask if you have any questions or concerns. First time in years that I seen a doctor and felt like he really cared for me.

Saw Dr Danielson after a fall. Had two surgeries to repair breaks above the ankle and a second surgery to repair badly broken foot. Excellent care and great outcome following physical therapy. Answered all my questions. I am an active 73 year old and was very concerned with the foot. No pain, no swelling. Great doctor would definitely use him again!

He asked for my input then quickly assessed by manually manipulating my hip and knee to know for himself if his findings match my input and the x-rays. He explained his view on what was going on with me and the best way to approach healing. He is concise and to the point, but did allow me to ask any questions that I had. I do feel that he understood how I was feeling and the pain that I’m in and gave me the best option to heal myself.

Friendly and gets right down to business.
Seeks patient input then quickly assesses according to his knowledge and experience, manually manipulating my knee to know, for himself if his findings match my input and the x-rays.Communicates his view on next steps and moves on, after handling any questions.

Best Knee/Leg, joint Orthopedic Surgeon in GR.
Dr. Kris Danielson saw me for possible torn ligaments in my knee and complications from Maybe the shattered leg I have been recovering from for the past two and a half years. Kris removed some Hardware and repaired my meniscus that has been repaired many times before. I saw Kristopher Danielson for the possibility that I had broken my femur, or other damage that may have occurred during my most recent new injury. Had Aqua PT already prescribed and reassured me that I will eventually be okay as long as I continue to do all the things necessary to recover from such injuries I've endured throughout my life over 33 years of Orthopedic Rehabilitation physical therapy. He is the best of the best of the best. I have the highest respect for him and his team, who are the greatest in all of Grand Rapids as far as I can tell! Being that I had been a professional snowboard athlete from Stmbt Springs, CO. My Ortho's out there, Olympic docs! Kris is that GOOD! Sincere thx: ~coolrog~

Quick and to the point
I actually waited quite a while after the x-rays. When the doctor came in, though, he checked the x-rays and pointed out to me what the problem in my leg was and what he advised to do. Very pointed and understandable.

So glad he was there
I was misdiadgnosed by a different ER doctor and after 6 weeks of pain sought a 2nd opinion. Found out my elbow was shattered and needed immediate surgery as it was already healing but not in a good way and it was almost Christmas. Dr Danielson was able to see me the day after Christmas and had me scheduled for corrective surgery the following morning. Two screws and 10 pins and a 6 inch incision/scar later my elbow is mostly healed with a range of motion even he thought might not come back. He listened, he explained and showed me my xrays at each visit showing me what was happening in a way I understood. He referred me to OAM Occupational Therapy and he and their team worked together for my best outcome. He always made me feel comfortable, heard, and explained everything every step of the way. Highly recommend him!

DR. DANIELSON AND HIS STAFF WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. I CAME IN FOR AN INJECTION. HE SAID THAT AS LONG AS THE INJECTIONS WERE WORKING AS WELL AS THEY ARE THAT NO SURGERY WAS NEEDED AT THIS TIME BUT PROBABLY AT SOME POINT IN MY FUTURE. DID NOT TRY TO PUSH THAT.
