after being a patient for over 20 yrs, its time to leave, over 2hrs in waiting room, new called back with test results, misdiagnosed by the nurse practitioner Denise and ended up in the emergency room , have not seen the actual doctor in over 5 years, Rude front desk staff

I have been a patient of Dr. Mullengada for over 5 years and I am so happy with the care and attention I receive from Dr. Mullengada and all of her staff. Pleasant, patient, thorough, easily reachable, knowledgeable, understanding. They check all the boxes. I would highly recommend Northwest Medical Care.

Years of being a patient. Recent experience with numerous office staff that are incompetent and nasty have left me seeking a new primary care doctor.

The wait time is unusually long to the point where it makes you feel as if your time does not matter. The office staff is not empathetic or sympathetic. I had a mammogram in 2021 and got the results in 2023. I am happy I received a letter from the imaging place. Dr. Mullengada is great, but she has too much poison around her that impacts her business.

I was desperately trying to figure out why I was getting constant black and blue marks. Mullengada didn’t have a clue so I tried to figure it out for myself. I asked for hiv testing just to rule it out even though I knew it wasn’t an issue. The first thing Mullengada blurts out and yells is “are you cheating on your husband?” Nice and loud so people on the other side of the door could hear. A completely unprofessional woman. I got tired of trying to solve my health problems on my own— so of course I left. Secretaries as well had failed to send blood results to my gynecologist on a few occasions.

She is the best doctor I have ever had! She is so thorough and extremely caring, a combination that's not easy to find these days. She listens to your complaints and doesn't make you feel like you're crazy. Usually you'll be waiting in the waiting room for quite a while, but Dr. Mullengada is definitely worth it

Love her, she is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. She takes her time with her patients and never rushes anyone. I would definantly recommend her to everyone and I have recommended her to my friends. It is rare in these times to find someone who truly cares about their patients and will take the time to listen and help them in anyway they can.

I am patient for Dr. Mullengada for last 3 yrs and found her very competent, caring, good diagnosis and followup with patient care. She does not over dose medicine but only required for the disease. She keeps good history of your medical condition on web portal with diagnosis code and explain to you about the care to be taken. I have undergone yearly physical exam 3 times and she gives prescription for all needed tests and call you in 2 days. I am keeping fit because of her.

I left this doctor for two reasons. She did not help me when i seriously hurt my neck and i was miserable for a four day holiday weekend. She was moving her office that day and would not even call in an antiinflammatory. I even offered to go to where she was moving. I injured my ankle in volleyball and she did not give me a referral to an orthopedic. She did send me to physical therapy where i learned it was not helping bcs i was not wearing my boot! Which i would've rec'd from ortho dr

I was recommended to Dr. M about 8 years ago thru my Ob-GYN. She has been a compassionate and competent Physician. Does NOT rush to give antibiotics, which I like. She takes the time to speak with you and I've never felt rushed. I've recently moved to south Jersey and will miss her as my GP.

Dr. Mullengada herself wasn't that bad but her front desk staff is awful!

Dr. Mullengada was patient, thorough and took her time during my appointment. She was very pleasant and empathetic. I had been conceded about going to a new doctor when my doctor left his practice but she put me totally at ease. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
