Test results come in through the patient portal with nothing but automated comments. The portal also notified me of a prescription that had been sent in. For what? I had no clue. I had to go the pharmacy website to find out what it was. Once she learned that I am a tabacco user, that was it! Health maintenance 101 out the door. Didn’t order bone density scan, pap, or mammogram, knowing it had been over 10 yrs since I’d had any of that done. Only blood work and smoking related tests were ordered. Then actually listed one of the conditions in my profile without having the test results. I’ve asked for this to be corrected along with other false info she wrote down, but it hasn’t been corrected yet. She has shown zero follow through, zero concern for communicating with patients and basically zero effort.

I had several visits with Dr. Deleon over a year expecting the patient care quality would turn around and give the benefit of the doubt. Nope - the patient care was a joke. No privacy, comes and goes from exam room, leaves door open and there's generally poor etiquette from start to finish. Thoroughness of examinations is lacking and there is no hint of proactiveness in health plan.
