Cary Urgent care
The staff was excellent, from the front desk staff, nursing staff and Dr O’Rourke. Dr O’Rourke spent a good deal of tome explaining everything and giving recommendations for follow up.

Went to an urgent care a couple months ago and she figured out my problem even before my GP did. I would highly recommend this doctor if you are in the area.

I see her in the Cary, NC office. Recommend her highly. The office staff in Cary that handle the phones are actually discourteous when you ask questions or push back on you if you need any kind of appt. or question answered that doesn't follow their format/rule/process. The phone staff are very much "Company first...patient second". It is still worth it though to see her.

I took my 12 yo son into urgent care to have some stitches and she was our doctor. She joked with us the entire time and made what could have been a very tough appointment about the most fun we’ve ever had at the doctor. My son said she is the best doctor he’s ever been to even though she did insult our singing.

Such a condescending and rude lady. Does not care about her patients. Does not listen to or remember anything you tell her. You have to repeat everything you mention to her several times. Cannot express how frustrating my experience has been with her.
