Dr. Kui-Tzu Feng, MD

I had my A1C blood test and urine sampling on Oct 28th at Dr. Feng's office. To date I have not seen the results on her website or yours. I have made multiple attempts to contact her office only to hear a recorded message saying they will get back with me. I have yet to receive a call back ! Dr. Feng may be a great doctor but she is a failure at managing her office staff. Additionally my wife was told at her first visit, June 4th, that Dr. Feng would review the test results that your office sent and would get back with her. It is now November 5th and my wife is still waiting for her call !!!

my experience with Dr. Feng was wonderful. She did an examination, She checked all my labs from another doctor, did an ultrasound, came into the room with the technician, told me i had to wait a week after getting off of biotin (no one ever told me that before} because the results can be thrown off from it. She was caring and very thorough

I have seen Dr. Feng a few times since switching to Palm Beach Thyroid. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She is caring, open and listens to me. At my first visit, she performed an ultrasound and I had my blood ran in the office. My Thyroid nodules are small and she has been monitoring without doing unneeded biopsies. The office is busy (for a reason), although I never feel rushed.

I went to Palm beach Thyroid and Endo from Central FL based on the reviews of the other physician in the office. I was assured Dr. Feng was just as wonderful. There is no truth to this at all. She refused to treat anything but the hypothyroid and order that I wait 6 weeks to measure and move up dose. It has now been over a month since that test and it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or call you back. A terrible experience all around. One star service.

The dr spent few mins on first visit, did not check if meds or diabetic supplies needed refilling. It IS impossible to reach ANYone @ this office. Called for 3 wks. to get med refill N/A
